These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and AsterCharts ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing, creating an account, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to use this Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service to anyone at our discretion where necessary to protect the integrity of our community or comply with legal obligations. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

AsterCharts provides educational resources, analytical tools, simulated insights, and community discussion features. Important Disclaimer: • We do NOT provide financial advice. • We are NOT a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment manager. • Nothing on this Platform constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All content is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. We do not guarantee profitability, performance outcomes, or financial results.

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of your entire investment. Market conditions are volatile and unpredictable. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge and accept that: • You are responsible for evaluating your own risk tolerance. • You will not rely solely on information from AsterCharts. • You understand leveraged products increase both risk and reward. We strongly encourage responsible trading practices, including the use of demo accounts and risk management strategies.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise platform security. You may request account deletion at any time.

To protect our community, you agree NOT to: • Violate applicable laws or regulations • Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access • Impersonate individuals or entities • Engage in harassment, defamation, or abusive conduct • Post misleading or fraudulent trading claims • Attempt to reverse engineer the Platform Violations may result in permanent bans and legal action where appropriate.

All Platform content, including branding, design, analytics tools, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to AsterCharts and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit our content without written permission. User Content: You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AsterCharts, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: • Your use of the Platform • Your trading decisions • Your violation of these Terms • Your infringement of third-party rights

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AsterCharts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from: • Use or inability to use the Platform • Trading losses • Data loss or interruptions • Reliance on educational materials Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms or engage in harmful conduct. Upon termination: • Your access rights cease immediately • We may retain certain data as required by law • Outstanding obligations remain enforceable

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore.
